Who We Are

About Us

Lamikaa Projects Private Limited is a professionally managed organization engaged in electrical, mechanical, civil, HDD, solar and precision fabrication works. Effective 1 Apr 2025, Shivsai Engineering, established in June 2009 as a government-approved electrical works contractor, was acquired by Lamikaa Projects Private Limited, and all operations now run under the Lamikaa name.

Today the company operates as an EPC works contractor delivering industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects with a focus on safety, quality and timely completion, supported by its own precision fabrication and powder coating plant at Umbergaon, Gujarat.

Business Segment 01

Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD) Works

  • Trenchless HDD, HT/LT cable, OFC duct and gas line through a single bore, road stays open with no trench cutting
  • Entry and exit pits, pilot bore drilled to the required depth and grade, then back-reamed and pulled through in one pass
  • Two Apollo 600 rigs at 20 Ton pull, bores under roads, railways and canals, and long city runs where open cut is not allowed
  • 1,000+ km of HDD delivered for power, telecom and gas networks
  • Around 270 km more booked and waiting in the pipeline

Business Segment 02

Government Electrical Works / EPC

  • Distribution and transmission on a full EPC basis, ours from material order to testing and handover, the largest share of company turnover
  • Overhead and underground HT, LT and OFC networks built and commissioned by in-house teams
  • Active conversion of old 11 kV and LT overhead lines to underground cable, in line with the current utility push
  • GOAB and GOD structures at 1.1, 11, 22 and 33 kV, plus substations, earthing, termination and jointing
  • On-call fault-location and rectification team and transformer oil filtration for fast restoration
  • 1,800+ km underground HT/LT cable and 500+ km overhead HT/LT laid; around 320 km in hand including RDSS and DGVCL work

Industrial Electrification

  • Complete in-plant electricals: LT and HT cable, cable tray, plant lighting, earthing, termination and jointing
  • Supply and commissioning of VCBs and transformers, plus street lighting and works electrification
  • Proven inside running plants where an unplanned shutdown is costly, so supervision and sequencing are taken seriously
  • Sites of note: Essar blast furnace and pipe mill (Hazira), Arvind Mill (Santej), Adani Port (Mundra), Marino (Halol)

Mechanical Works

  • Mechanical scope kept in-house: MS and FRP fencing, piping and ducting, and structural steel for plant and equipment
  • Pre-engineered building work taken up where a site calls for it
  • Piping delivered service-ready, with insulation and painting completed after erection
  • 2,000+ running metres of fencing and 1,500+ Ton of structural steel delivered, plus equipment erection

Solar System

  • Both ends of the market: large ground-mounted plants and rooftop systems for factories and homes
  • Ground-mount handled end to end: foundation piling, module mounting structure, modules, then AC and DC works onto the network
  • Rooftop follows the same steps on a tighter footprint, seen through by the same crews
  • 11,000 piles driven to date; installed capacity across ground-mount and rooftop has crossed 1.5 MW

Precision Fabrication & Powder Coating

  • The company's only in-house factory: a precision fabrication and powder coating plant at Umbergaon, Gujarat, taking a job from drawing to finished, coated part
  • Laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly and powder coating, all under one roof
  • Key equipment: Baison CNC fibre laser (up to 16 mm mild steel), Ermaksan 250 Ton press brake, and a seven-tank pre-treatment line feeding an automatic powder coating booth
  • TIG, MIG and spot welding, backed by CAD and CAM software
  • Serves railway and metro, power and wind energy, machine building, biomedical and pharma, and electrical and electronics; around ₹2 crore in the pipeline
